Just a tip. If everything seems to work on your AC, but you're not satisfied with the cooling, apart from the aux fans, try to blow compressed air to the condenser. This will somehow unclog the dirt accumulated through the years. It is often neglected kaya its a good thing to do at least every oil change.

So i decided na to change the condenser, compressor, expansion valves, and drier and everything was so cold na kahit number 2 lang yung blower speed sa tanghaling tapat..
Also i've read somewhere over the net na may adjustments sa expansion valve.. Anyone expert on these? I got only little info on this..

Pero just to be sure nagtanung na ako dito..

    Thanks guys!

I'm impressed with "manong" marketing for that brand.

The principle of A/C cooling when it comes to the 2nd stage (condensation) is that you require surface area, pressure and airflow.

If say a conventional radiator attempts to provide more cooling capacity, what common designers do is simply add on another row. On the radiator end, you do add capacity but at the expense of overall system airflow (airside pressure drop) and space.

Your condenser, fundamentally isn't getting as much airflow as it should, lowering your A/C system capacity, hence your engine works harder to maintain interior cabin temps, your car consumes more fuel, and net loss overall in terms of performance.

So as far as the airside of the equation is concerned, you wouldn't necessarily want to upgrade your radiator willy nilly. Checking your fans and making sure your condenser and radiator cores are clean could make a simple and economical difference in your vehicle's performance.

    Update lang,

More than six months ago, i decided to replace the defective compressor with a surplus unit. Totaled 7k plus since i decided to replace expansion valve and drier na rin, they gave three months warranty for the comp. after four months, nawalan ng lamig and turned out to be the Pito, may singaw. So refill lang muna, 600. Then after two months, an o-ring leaked, so mga 2k din ang cost kasi pinasabay ang cleaning.

Since magsa-summer na, and diagnosis reveals that the compressor is going south, i decided to replace it na lang, eto nagastos ko:
    Sanden SD5S14 (508) Genuine Singapore - 6.4k
    Receiver/drier - 100
    Manual thermostat - 350
    Compressor oil -150

Bought it from 1Rotary at Evangelista. Orig price nung comp is 7k. Bought the parts to our trusted mech and pina full flushing ko lahat ng parts, and sya na rin nagpakabit ng bracket. Feels like a brand new car na, sakto kasi lapit na mag summer. Baka lalo pang lumamig when i will change my tints

Regarding pala dun sa compressor, it is indeed genuine, pwede ma check sa Sanden website. Medyo weird lang ang warranty dun, sabi nila yung China version (4k) may three months warranty, while yung Singapore eh no warranty pero pwede ibalik sa kanila

Kainis talaga yung banawe shop na yun amp
