    Ganito rin ang problema ko. Kaso iniisip ko unahing palitan ay condensers tsaka lahat ng hose. Mukhang yun ang pinaka-epektib na magpapalamig. Tama ba? O isama ko na rin evaporator? Tingin ko ok pa naman compressor at dryer.

    Hindi kelangan palitan ang evaporator and condenser unless barado or may leak na. Besides, malaki magagastos mo. Kung hindi nakukuha ang lamig sa top-up ng freon, magpaflushing ka, leak test, replace dryer and expansion valve, then refill freon.

    hindi pa rin ganon kalamig sa umaga, ano kaya causes nito?

    mga sir pag nag papalinis poba kayu ng ac pati condenser nililinis?

    I also experienced aircon problems prior consulting here.. Sir glenn advised me na palitan na yung condenser ng hyundai h100 namin since its quite old na (17 years) pero due to budget constraints i chose to have my condenser flushed, cleaned but to no avail, no improvements until such time na pati sa umaga kulang na yung lamig..
    So i decided na to change the condenser, compressor, expansion valves, and drier and everything was so cold na kahit number 2 lang yung blower speed sa tanghaling tapat..
    Also i've read somewhere over the net na may adjustments sa expansion valve.. Anyone expert on these? I got only little info on this..

    pumunta ako ng Tagaytay kahapon, crawling in midday traffic, a/c was operating dismally, pero at highway speeds sobrang lamig. just noticed that the compressor cut off at high RPMs (3k), pero nag engage naman when i slowed down. bale pag traffic, halos hangin na lang lumalabas, pero when cruising lumalamig. ano kaya problema nito?

    last thing done with the system is having the evaporator cleaned and system recharged. may pinhole leak(s) ako dati pero it was patched up. 1 day lang malamig at idle, that day eh bumara yung outlet ng evap area pero it was fixed. kinabukasan eh hindi na malamig at idle, pag tumatakbo na lang.

    well, you obviously have to visit the aircon fixit shop again. anything less than that, and we are just going around in circles, guessing..
    one thing i remember experiencing about pinhole leaks.. having one is a show of age. it means others will follow in quick succession. that's why i recommend replacement and not repair.

    Hi Guys,

    regarding sa aircon.

    Meron bang connect ang radiator sa lamig ng aircon ng kotse? Ang pagkakaalam ko wala.. Pero just to be sure nagtanung na ako dito..

    Bakit ko natanung?

    Kasi simula nung na overheat ang kotse ko at dahilan nun ay kawalan ng tubig at coolant ng radiator ko.. Pag tapos na matumal na ang lamig ng aircon. hindi na ganun ka lamig kahit napaayos ko na ang radiator.

    Sabi ng shop maaring sa radiator daw ang sira magpalit na daw ako kahit daw evercool radiator maganda na daw un.

    Kaya eto nag tanung ako radiator ba tlga ang dapat palitan or niloloko lang ako nito ni kuya manong?

    Pa check mo na lang sa reputable aircon service, baka nagkataon lang na nasabay sa radiator problem. Pa check nyo na rin mga cooling fans.

    some EFIs shut off the compressor when engine temp reaches abnormally high levels, as when overheating for whatever reason.

    maybe your radiator water dried up because of under-performing aux fans.. this means: 1) it will recur unless the under-performing fans are repaired or replaced; and 2) since these same fans cool your aircon, your aircon will also under-cool until the fans are fixed..

    i used to have heating and cooling problems (sentra). i thought my aux fans were ok, because they still spinned and pulled cooling air in.. until the mechanic showed me just how strong these fans should be in moving the air.. things improved vastly when i had my "still-working" fans replaced.
