pajero aircon

good day sa inyong lahat. Nagkaproblema kasi aircon ng local pajero GenII ko. Pinacheck ko ang hindi umaandar yung main auxillary fan,( the one behind the front grill ). Nung kinalog umandar naman, then pinaoff ang aircon tapos on ulit, ayun ayaw nanaman umandar nung fan. Sira na raw yung fan motor needs to be replaced and abutin daw ng 6thousand. Mahal daw talaga yung main fan ng pajero compared to other small cars.

May nakapagpalit na ba sa inyo ng ganitong fan or encountered same problems. Sabi pwde rin daw pahinang/parepair lang yung motor pero baka hindi rin tumagal. Baka may mabigay kayong tip, thanks.

di kaya carbon lang ang problem cause ayaw mag-start ng fan..

Try spraying electronic grade contact cleaner the inside of the motor thru the drain vent. But you need to dismantle the fan first. You can also buy a surplus * P850. YOu must also check that the 2nd aux fan is also working.

if all else fails, I'm absolutely sure that you can find other fans that'll fit... pajero pa...

ako nasira na din yan, tama yung quote sa iyo, basta orig. sakit daw ng pajero yan. if i were u, go with the orig na if u plan on keeping ur paj for a long time. had bad experiences with surplus n other repair. d tatagal. bettr off with buying new.

Yup same here. I had mine replaced with a much cheaper brand but it didnt last that long. It would be better to use genuine mitsubishi parts to get your moneys worth. I had mine quoted for 11K pesos for general overhaul and cleaning of the whole aircon unit sa kasa.

Had mine repaired by Mang Mario. Around Php 300.00 or so if I'm not mistaken.

Lancer ni odell diyan din inayos ang fan nung nag-fail.

o nga david. Salamat sa reply bossing otep, galing ako kanina kay mario and hindi na nga pwde marepair yung motor kasi manipis na raw yung mga grooves. I decided to go with the replacement fan. They charged me 1800 for the part and labor na.

Less than half the price ng original kaya try ko na rin, hopefully tumagal.

Yun din ang una niyang disclaimer sakin dati when I brought my fans in. Ano nga ba ang 'grooves' na iyan. Upon opening, carbon lang pala ang problema nung samin ni odell kaya nagawa din agad.

Swak ba yung replacement fan? Did they have to fabricate anything? At least still cheaper than Php 6,000.00 diba.

I remember now. Manipis kasi yung motor ng fan na yan. Pag binuksan, basag na yung magnets.

I got a surplus for my previous paj for around P1500.

hmmm, i never had any problems with my gen IIs airconditioning from 1997 until i sold it last year. the most i ever did was to have the rear compressor cleaned.

if you plan to hold on to your paj a little longer (say about 3 years) then better siguro you get genuine mitsu parts or OEM parts for this para sigurado

swak na swak yung kinabit na fan although Toyota ang nakalagay. I wonder what toyota model ang may same size as pajero fan. Wala na fabricate ginawa eh, basta sinalpak na lang yung screen ko sa surplus. 1800 for the part and labor. Isa sa mga bata ni mang mario ang gumawa, and para sa akin ok ang mga tao dun sa shop na yun. So I guess mang mario can add me to his list of new customer.

kaya kasya ang toyota dahil ang orginal aircon ng gen 2 and gen 2.5 na pajero ay nippondenso

just brining up this topic..

nasira din ung aux fan ng pajero ko.. kaya pala ang init ng aircon.. Joseph offered me 3,500 reconditioned daw na fan.. medyo mahal.. sa banawe bako makakakuha ng murang surplus..

nga pala, may fuse ba or maybe relay ung fan, baka dun ang sira.. naisip ko lang...

Got a surplus for 1,500.. also bought the smaller one, the same size of the intercooler fan for 1800 naman. buti mabilis lang palitan ito.. i did it myself..

solenoid valve nalang ang problem ko..
