Toyota PH opens reservations for all-new Hilux, introduces BEV variant

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has officially opened reservations for the all-new Hilux following its public debut at the 2026 Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS). Aside from an all-new look, updated interior, and more tech-focused features, the country’s best-selling pickup is now offered with both diesel and fully battery-electric powertrains for the first time.

Headlining the lineup is the new Hilux BEV, a fully electric 4×4 variant that aims to keep the Hilux’s rugged workhorse capabilities intact. Beyond the new EV option, Toyota has also streamlined the diesel range, with all ICE variants now powered by a 2.8-liter 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine. This replaces the smaller engine options previously offered in the lineup.

Visually, the all-new Hilux adopts what Toyota calls a “Cyber-Sumo” design philosophy, giving the pickup a sharper and more modern appearance. The front end gets slimmer headlights and a larger honeycomb-style grille, while the BEV variant receives a cleaner closed-off grille design for improved aerodynamics. The Conquest variant also gets a more rugged front bumper aimed at buyers looking for a more aggressive overlanding look.

Inside, the cabin receives a more modern and tech-focused redesign. Higher variants, including the BEV, V, and Conquest, now come equipped with Electric Power Steering, updated digital instrument clusters, and larger infotainment displays. Toyota has also added its latest myToyota Connect remote connectivity features across the lineup.

Toyota says the all-new Hilux was engineered to improve on-road comfort and daily drivability while maintaining the durability and capability the nameplate is known for.

The all-new Hilux lineup starts at ₱1,772,000 for the 4×2 2.8 E AT, while the 4×2 2.8 Conquest AT is priced at ₱2,273,000. Meanwhile, 4×4 diesel variants start at ₱1,903,000.

At the top of the range sits the Hilux BEV 4×4, priced at ₱2,990,000.
