Been looking for a sungard related topic but can't find one. I'm planning to have my Mux tinted with sungard super black. They quoted me 3500 for the whole vehicle including full front tint (medium black). They said US daw ito. ANY FAKES ba ganito? Or any experience from other tsikoters here? Thanks.

parang mura ah.... if i remember it right, i had my ex-lancer tinted with sunguard, but spent around 4-5k for it.
if original sunguard, yes, maganda yang tint na yan.... lasted me 8 years.

    Sun-Gard Shadow

SUN-GARD’s top of the line, non-reflective, color-stable film will stand the test of time. Many car manufacturers are advising that metallized film may interfere with keyless locks, GPS and satellite radio systems. Shadow’s metal free construction makes it the perfect film to avoid signal disruption.

Manufactured with the newest color-stable technology in dyed films, Shadow is durable, long lasting and provides enhanced UV radiation protection.

Like all SUN-GARD solar control films, Shadow films:

    - reduce glare
    - protect against up to 99% of UV-A rays
    - have a strong scratch-resistant coating

    Shadow films are 1.5 mil and are available in 5, 20, 32, 38 & 50% VLTs.

    Lifetime Warranty
Professionally installed SUN-GARD brand Shadow automotive window films are warranted against the following for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle:

    - Cracking
    - Adhesive failure
    - Excessive change of color
    - Delamination
    - Demetallization

    Sun-Gard Shadow 38 = 27%

    Medium Tint
    3M BC 20 = 60%
    Solar Gard HP Quantum 19 = 57%
    V-Kool K28 = 52%
    V-Kool OEM 20 = 50%
    Sun-Gard GP Max 20 = 44%
    Sun-Gard Shadow 20 = 32%

    Dark Tint
    V-Kool OEM 5 = 70%
    3M BC 10 = 66%
    Sun-Gard GP Max 5 = 64%

Sana hindi siya kumukupas or nag purple in time. Mga like 3 4 5 years.

    Wala naman ba fake nito?

Based sa website ng Sun-Gard, walang official distributor ng Sun-Gard sa Philippines so mahirap makasigurado if original yan or fake.

Where to Buy - SUN-GARD Solar Window Film by Madico

Pero up to you if gusto mo sumugal sa Sun-Gard kahit mababa heat rejection at walang local support.

Post ka na lang ng feedback mo dito after mo pa-install.

Solargard ka na if OK lang since it is known and has authorized dealers, onti lang yata price difference

For around 2k more, get the 3M BC/CS series

Why not get VKool. OEM series maliwanag sa loob, pero you can barely see the people inside. I had my 3M replaced by VKool before and now VKool na din pinalagay ko sa new car namin, despite na free and 3M tint sa dealer. That's how satisfied I am sa VKool.
