how to remove watermarks/stains on your windshield?

last week in phil, after i brought my ride to a nearby carwash, i noticed that there are few dried watermarks on the windshield facing the driver. masyadong natuyo siguro at di napunasan agad. tried using a glass stain remover but to no avail. even a soft piece of paper did'nt work as well...tsk, stk!

any suggestions guys?

At Big Bert's, they use rubbing compound, buffed off using an oribital (is that what its called?)

I also heard that WD40 is also usesful but I havent tried it personally.

You can do it by hand, good exercise
