I have the 2001 1.8T jetta current mods nya upsolute chip, techtonics turboback exhaust, prothane motor mounts, apex cupkits, audi tt diverter valve, k&n, autometer boost gauges kinda sleeper look.
I also have an 1989 audi 200 turbo, vw engine
just this week I'll be acquiring a 1987 audi 4000 cs quattro pang autocross.

I like the old school 1984 vw gti, tapos put in a 16V turbo engine kaya lang kailangan ko ng quattro dito sa u.s. pang snow para hindi masabak si jetta.

ano yung dub mo bug?, si dating/original automiester ng kotse.com gilbert chan eh vdub enthusiast meron syang kharman ghia I dunno kung lumipat narin sya.

vdubfreq, i have two beetles, a 1976 brazilian 1500 sedan and a 1972 german 1302s, nice to see some vdub guys here!!! where's your location? are you a vw club member? what's your ride?

1.8t, ok na yang mods mo, ako ang gusto ko yung new beetle na turbo s 1.8t, 180hp!!!

btw, i saw a corrado g60 being sold here sa kanto namin, di ko lang alam kung how much.

here's what i drive (sorry no pics eh )

1968 type3 fastback, one piece windows, A/C, early "flat" tail lenses, dechromed except for bumpers and headlamp rings, 15" commodore brands hatch banana mags, 195/55 front yokohamas, 205/60 rear firestones, and lowered.

1600 cc dual port, all stock except for weber progressive carb.

nice cars pre.... although i'd have to say na wala akong experience with the watercooled vws except for looking at them hehehe...

but you just gotta love the bug in whatever form. nyahahah.. :D

baka makatulong sa inyo. may kaibigan ako na mahilig din sa volks. may nakita ko na nakapark sa bahay nila sa fairview na luma beetle, yung maliit ang tail light at manipis yung bumper. dont know the year model e, pero ang ganda.... at ang dami pa nya beetle na sira sa bakuran nila. if you need his services this is his cel, tell him na ni refer kayo ni pilo.

well back then, nagkandalokoloko yung organization eh... may kanya kanyang grupo, nagkakasiraan, discontent over how the club was being run, may mga snabero dahil malulupit mga auto, yung mga matatagal ng member sila sila lang.... you know, things that hound an organization eventually.

i left the club shortly after that.... and after that i just found out that all these other clubs sprung up...

pero ngayon, hindi ko na alam kung ganun pa din.. sana hindi na... :D
