Tsikot New Features and Services Suggestions

The best feature of Tsikot.com is the very active forum. Frankly speaking, the first time I checked this website, I really thought this was like MOTIONCARS.com or AUTOINDUSTRIYA.COM which are Philippine automotive websites. It didn't take too long to find out that TSIKOT.com is a very active FORUM website. Members like it the way it is(as active forum website), therefore, improving the forums section would be great. Something like easier interface for changing text fonts or colors would be really nice to see. I know that we already have those but honestly, it never worked right for me even once.

What I would also like to see is an improvement on the interface for the SHOUTBOX. Somehow it is underused since it is located on a very narrow space on the side. I think a brighter box with lively color background would entice people to write at the shoutbox.

What I would like to see are more colors on the website to make it more pleasing to read. Not those shocking YELLOW or Blood RED MENU colors but those Royal blue or a tinge of thin orange maybe. Just to make the website a little bit colorful and pleasing to the eyes of onlookers like we always do with our cars and trucks.

I would also like to see a box that has all the LINKS to CAR RESOURCES online both for local and international sites. Either the moderators or members add automotive websites to a list of links. This will be very helpful for members to read latest updates and news in the automotive industry.

Finally, what I would like to see is an official TSIKOT.COM review of a car once in a while like what they did on a review of a HUMMER (I think it was OTEP or GLENNSTER who did a review,I'm not sure though). Maybe like one car review in a month won't be too difficult to do.

I'm looking forward to the new website. Hopefully it would be launched before new year comes around!!

How about listing of car events. Such as schedule of races in BRC, Subic, slalom, drag, etc. Kasama na pati yung mga car shows, EB and the likes.

You might be able to get sponsors pag nalaman nila you're promoting local events.

Hi jedi,

Post Preview feature sana. Yung pwede mong i-preview yung post ng thread starter without opening the entire thread para mas mabilis ang browsing. Just by pointing the cursor on the thread subject and then you can view the post. Thanks.

Hi Bogeyman,

Try using the Search function. Type your search keyword which happens to be your handle name Bogeyman. Then the output will then be all your threads kung saan-saan ka nag-post. You can also view it by descending/ascending order according to Date of Last Post.

there is really a shoutbox window in the forums home page. but there is an issue where older browsers crash when loading the forums home page with the iframe for the shoutbox.

anyway, this issue is being addressed. once we transfer to our new servers in the west coast, hopefully this will be solved. this is supposed to be the location for the shoutbox : click this --> www.netph.com/forums or www.motorsiklo.com/forums .
