Images in signatures will be disabled

We regret to inform you that starting Midnight of October 4, 2003 all signature images will be disabled. This is in line with our efforts to conserve bandwith and speed up Tsikot.com in general. I hope you guys understand. We hope to enable them once we can afford to move to a dedicated server.

As most of you know, Tsikot.com is a labor of love. It was not meant to be a business. The cost of running is privately shouldered. We have already posted our appeals for sponsorship. We hope you can help us in keeping Tsikot.com up and forever free.

Rest assured this is only but temporary.

We plan to move to a bigger, faster and most of all dedicated server by the end of this month.

So for the meantime, we request that you bear with the little inconvenience.

We should disable the IMAGE attachments, this is what takes the bandwidth much more than the signature linked to another website.

all image posts should be linked instead of attaching a file to the site.

IMHO, ok narin namang walang signature kasi may avatars na. May pagkakakilanlan na ang bawat Tsikot member.

Hehe, tulong narin iyon sa mga naka-56k kasi bumilis ang loading time.
