My car was bumped on the front. The repair would cost only 6k since no part needs replacelemt, just thinsmithing. Incidentally, it's due for "semi-general check-up"...cost- 12k. Is it ok if I make the guy who bumped my car shoulder all expenses?

You should only charge the other party for what they are liable for. Therefore, you charge them only what they have damaged.
Maintenance is the obligation of the owner.

tama si otep. just charge them what's due. no need to add your maintenance cost to what they'll pay for the repair. unethical kung sisingilin mo rin sa kanila yung maintenance eh.
Even if you charge him for your maintenance cost, he would'nt pay you. Just be fair.
WTF!, what kind of question is that, kung sayo kaya gawin yan babayaran mo ba yung hindi mo dapat bayaran?Originally Posted by feb05
Common sense lang naman, unless siguro napaka-generous nung other party, which I doubt.
you can include all the damages to be repaired but it's not right to let the other party shoulder it all. in excess of the said P6,000 sagutin mo na. para MAS MASARAP I-DRIVE yung ride mo dahil wala kang inagrabiyado.
