also this will have a photo upload feature.

how about a "tsikot HOTLINE forum?"
parang sumbungan ng mga tsikoteers.. mga reklamo at report ung mga nakikita natin sa daan.. like heavy traffic areas, accident-prone areas, unscrupolous police and traffic officers. at masmaganda kung magkakaroon tayo ng coordination with the different gov't agencies like police, mmda, lto and even with the media. suggestion lang po.
nakausap ko na po si sir otep tungkol dito. pero hindi ko alam kung mayroon na.

For example...
Road obstructions
Kotong cops
Arrogant bus drivers
and a lot more...
