I am new and have seen very interesting things here in the forum. I may have even done an infraction due to my being green. but try to rectify of course...
Are the rules here meant to be broken as well? Before we talk about cops and officials should we also check if we follow the rules?
Case in point - the forum called Car Talk says no advertising right? But sometimes I see blatant advertising for car services attached to a person's post? is that allowed or a bending of the rules? or are some exempt from the rules?
It may sound petty but small infractions eventually lead to bigger ones...specially if people see others get away with them...more so if they are the leaders...right?
am not finger pointing but would like clarification on this point...i could be wrong but would just like to know...

- moderators & admins are allowed to post ads in their signature
- ads in the signature are allowed as long as it is linked to the carfinder / gadget finder
- ads in the signature are allowed for PAYING advertisers / forumers
