password retrieval error

hi all,
here's my problem, i have my account in tsikot to be auto login(cookie enabled). since the last time that tsikot migrated, i could not login. i tried to 'forgotten your password' and 'retrieval' tool. i entered my email pero after a day wala pa rin ako natatanggap na email notification. so i just created another email at nagregister uli ako. pano na kaya yun lumang registered account ko? thanks

what's your old nick? maybe it was set to not receive email from admins? post it here or pm me so i could check and fix your settings and send your password to your old nick's email address. thanks.
