    maybe we can close a thread that's already been tackled sooo many times when someone replies a RELATED LINK. A few people knows or even hesistant to use the SEARCH function of the Forum. A well known problem over the world wide web forums, not just Tsikot. We can also put emphasis on how to use the SEARCH function by including it with the Terms and Agreements and or GUIDE/FAQs and maybe we can make a STICKY thread that will remind, plead, beg, ask our members to PLEASE USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION before posting a new thread/questions etc.

    chieffy is good at finding an old thread/link that's related to a new topic. But that shouldn't be the mod's responsibility, finding a related topic thats already been talked about, beat up so many times. I say, close the new topic if someone replied with the link of an old topic.

    Yes, Tsikot is growing bigger by the thousands, and we will always have a n00b, newbie, new member, who would have question that's probably been asked a year ago... :lol:

    Please use the SEARCH function....

    i agree.

    isang example yung "rechargeable batteries sa digicam".
    dami nang thread nito, pero di pa nila-lock yung pinaka-recent.

    nyeh! :lol:

    this is why we need to keep reminding/educating these new members on how to use the SEARCH function. Saka kapag may mod na nakakita ng old topic, direct the member to that old topic then isarado ang new topic.

    another sample is the "Car Alarm" but posted on different Forums.

    Sheep, lower right side of every FORUM may search box.

    Admin/Mods, pwedeng lagyan ng SEARCH box ang MAIN Forum? Para ma search ang buong web and not just any particular FORUM.

    dito---> http://www.tsikot.com/forums/index.php?s=

    Thanks
