Tsikot Grand EB this Summer 2003!!!

Tsikot Grand EB will be probably scheduled this Summer, May 2003.
The place will be ... "The Fort"

We are currently asking for suggestions regarding this event.

I am not an experienced organizer of this event maybe we could use some help.

Ok here is what we will be needing

1. Volunteers to help us organize this event
we will be forming a committee within Tsikot
2. What will be the scheduled agenda during the Grand EB
some proposals are
a. mini transhow
b. we will be inviting different groups
c. bands bands and more bands
3. We will be looking for major sponsors to sustain the cost of this event

Guys if you want to add some suggestion please post it here

and for those who wants to be a volunteer, please do so.

wen do u plan to do it? 1st thing to do is conceptualization, then form teams, para may work segmentation, merong for the concert n for the transhow,then for marketing and promotions.

Glenn, just read your post in our humble board. As a director of Protege Tech Phils. Inc., I would bring up your invitation to the board and to the officers. However, sad to say, a good majority of the org are not posters on this board. We might be out-of-place, so to speak. Nevertheless, we would still consider. If you have the time this coming sunday, your presence would be appreciated. We would be having our official monthly meet in TranSport Show in Megatrade Hall, Megamall (we could discuss this elsewhere, though). The meet would be held there to show our full support to our entry in the show.
