    i think you are not banned, baka lang di nagload yung images... try mo ulit... kung nakapagpost ka ng thread like this, meaning di ka banned

    di ko maalala kung ano effect pag di mo sinunod yung resolution/size restrictions pero, try mo lang i-check ulit yung type mong avatar, baka di pasok sa restrictions.
