It used to be good in the 90s. I have not gone to padi's point or cowboy grill for over a decade now.

I used to think that area was a business blackhole. Wala kasi tumatagal. It always folds. Good thing Hotel Celeste lasted longer.

Me and my wife still enjoys going to Cowboy Grill once every 3 Months lalo na pag ung favorite naming band ung magpeperform. Padi's Point naman mejo nakakailang kc puro bagets ung mga nagpupunta. Ok lang na Padi's for me is ung nasa likod ng MOA. Madalas na tambayan namin Bacolod Chicken Inasal here in One E-com center or mga bar/resto sa Blue Wave. Nakaka-miss maging bagets. Miss ko na Art's Venue.

Cowboy Grill is a bit more "pang-lalaki" than Padi's... depending on the branch in question.

Of course, I'd rather have my drinks at the gas station, surrounded by snot-faced kids posing by their cars/scooters and revving their engines. Just for the laughs we get when t police come to chase them off.

pero memorable sakin yan, 1st ever night out ko sa padis sa may timog qc (rotonda).ayaw kami pagbilhan ng beer.

I remember attending a school party at Streetlife dati. May nag-picture sa akin with Aubrey Miles.

people still go to padi's? :bwahaha: last time i went to padi's was 2008 i think and the crowd is now jejemons :bwahaha: no way i would return again. before 2008 last i went was 2001 if i remember correctly, it was ok nothing special.

We got older, the Padi's crowd got younger. Cowboy Grill typically still has an older crowd. Di siya kasing "in" sa mga jejejeje....

Streetlife was a nice idea. A place to eat, drink and be merry without having to deal with transactions every time you did something. Shame it died.

Nah... South boy here. Caltex Alabang, Shell station on Santa Rosa Tagaytay road...

Though umabot pa naman ako sa Libis era. At that time, I was driving nearly a hundred kilometers each night to visit my (soon-to-be) wife at her place in QC. Thought a drag on such a hilly, crowded road was stupid.

I preferred to do my stupid south of Kalayaan or down the Santa Rosa Tagaytay roads. straights are boring.
