    has anyone heard about VCI Holidays? has anyone had a bad experience regarding their personnel? guys just want to share something.... yesterday, we went to their office because we were invited to watch a 90 mins video showing and in return they would give us free hotel accomodations at any Days Hotel of our choice, at least that was what they told me when they called me up (free hotel accomodation.. hmmm... what's the catch?). so me and my wife decided to go. when we arrived at their office, we were assisted by one of their personnel to one of their conference rooms. initially they were interviewing us about our personal info and financial decisioning because they were offering some financial assistance (so that was the catch for the free hotel accomodation). as the conversation continued, we were told that after the presentation of their financial assistance plans that would be the time that we will be able to get our certificates for the free hotel accomodation but the person who was talking to us told us that we are to draw the place on where we are going to have the certificates. so i, being the person they called clarified things because what was told to me was that it would be my choice of place of Days Hotel that we would like. then they called the person who talked to me in the phone. while we were conversing and clarifying things, the person i was talking to isn't giving me any chance to talk or to say all that i would be telling her to explain my side. she would always interrupt what i would be saying and as if slowly raising her voice to me over the phone. being in the customer service, isn't it impolite to stop your client from talking while in-fact what we talking about is their mis-information towards their clients. the conversation ended when she wanted to talk to their administrator without me finishing what i needed to tell her. honestly, i find their personnels impolite in meeting up with their clients especially the person i talked to. i hope no other person would experience the same thing that me and my wife had experienced. having to stay in a hotel isn't the issue, it's the attitude that they have towards their customers. anyway, goodluck with you guys.

    Wag kag maniwala dyan bebentahan ka lang ng membership sa kung anu-anong gagastusan mo pa para magamit ang privilege... unless type mo yung ganon.

    hmmn, mrami na rin kmeng bad experience sa days hotel. before, VIP cardholder ang mom ko. VIP ka pero pag holidays and weekends, hindi mo mgagamit yung perks and discounts mo. plus there was an instance that a friend of ours made a reservation weeks ago. only to be informed a few days before their reserved date, na wala na raw palang available rooms. it seems they prioritize yung mga walk-in customers nila, coz they pay full price. so parang penerahan ka lang for the approx. 4thou membership fee, pero di ka naman talaga VIP member.

    I've heard of VCI. Aba buhay pa pala yang mga yan. I went into their seminar mga ~4 years ago siguro. Pareho nung kwento mo except ang natatandaan ko ganon talaga you have to draw kung saan ka makaka avail ng free hotel accomodation. Pero dati mabait yung na assign sakin na marketer at dinaya yung pag draw ko, I was nice to her kasi thats why nakuha ko yung gusto ko na place.

    I never get to claim my prize though, di ko na matandaan kung bakit. Limited yata yung days na available e di ako pwede mag leave (bad timing kasi dami work).. so nawala na. I never took whatever they are offering din because it doesnt make sense to me. I make it a point to have a vacation once a year pero to spend more than 20K for it is no longer good for me

    tumawag din ang mga 'yan sa 'kin! this week lang.

    muntik na kong pumatol until nakausap ko yung parang manager nila. that's when the guy told me about the 90 minute video presentation. I balked upon hearing that.

    I said, "I'm just interested in the free stay, tapos you're gonna make me stay for an hour and a half pala without telling me specifically what I'm going to do there in your Office?"

    the girl insisted that she told me that she told me daw.

    I replied, "No, you didn't. You just said I have to pick up the certificate. I'm backing out." tapos nagtaray na yung babae! nakuha pa nyang magtaray!!

    what made it more dubious for me is that I have to pick up the certificate the very same day. after office hours pa. sabi pa ng girl kungdi ko daw kukunin sa office nila sa West Ave., I have to pick it up sa may Galleria Corporate Center on the succeeding days after. huh, what gives? the girl says na aalis daw sila sa West Ave...

    west ave? hmm... sa rufino lang ako pumunta dati. alam ko waste of time pero maaga ko uuwi non time na yun and I have to wait for someone so to past time pinatulan ko. typical irritating marketers (family first?!) i know how to play with them. sakyan mo lang.. minsan totoo free items na yan e... just get it and go (but pretend that they will get something from you otherwise they will not treat you nicely). isa lang talaga disadvantage, na unfortunately e big deal sakin (at sa iba)...waste of time
