sa la union try final option (name of the place) sa san juan la union, very nice accommodations, price range around 1000 to 1500 per night per room. surfing spot din ito so try renting surfboards and try the waves (kung meron), you can rent a board for around 500 to 700 a day or get a surfing instructor, dont know how much bayad sa instructor eh. or try surf camp mga ganun din yung price range niya, ingat lang sa mga wannabe surfers or posers walang discipline sa lineup, they'll try to cut or get in front of you maskina ikaw na nauna sa alon, mga pabida sa chicks...
sa baguio wala aku masusuggest kasi i always stay at friends there pagmay event
