anybody here who lives or have been in vigan? baka may mai-suggest kayo na magandang hotel don punta kasi kami next month & first time namin to go there kaya wala kami idea.
ako rin interesado sa vigan maganda daw beach dya-an..tatanungin konalang siguro sa WOW phils..ilang oras kaya byahe punta don..?..kisa bagiuo ang layo tsaka parang me phobia ako sa kennon road..?!
the newest hotel there is owned by chavit. it is the one beside aniceto mansion beside the town plaza.
all of the above mentioned hotels with the exception of teppeng cove are old vigan houses converted to hotels. teppeng is located on a beach about halfway between vigan and laoag.
sir tagalnasaabroad: vigan is 180kms further than baguio is from manila. a night drive going there will take six hours.

Imp,
I work here in vigan.
The newest and the most modern (in terms of facilities) is the Vigan Plaza Hotel. It is a bit more expensive than the others also. If you want the ambiance of antiquity, you can go to Aniceto Mansion or Grandpa's Hotel. I usually bring my guests to these two. For the budget conscious, there's El Juliana. There are other hotels and Inns and Pension houses but I haven't seen their rooms yet. What I mentioned are the more popular ones. PM me if you need help.
