Guys, paano kumikita ang owners ng Hotel and Airport service? 'Boundary' system din ba?

Fixed rate... They compute the rates based on a round trip fare. So even if from NAIA to Makati ka, they charge a rate based on NAIA-Makati-NAIA due to the exclusive route.

2x lang ako nag ganun dati, mga 1997 or so, mga 300+ from NAIA to Cubao.

EDSA Shang to airport Nissan 1,700, BMW limo 3,500. Taxi 200 petot keep the change.

Is anyone here familiar sa business na 'to?

So far, all I know is fixed rate ang bayad, walang meter.

Pero how do drivers get paid? Pa-sweldohan ba? Or is it a 'boundary system' like ordinary taxis?

I was able to talk to a driver of the taxi service Manila hotel.. ang sabi nung driver.. sa kanila yung sasakyan.. dapat white na toyota or nissan yata.. tapos may association sila.. they pay membership that goes sa hotel. Tapos they have fixed rate pricing. So pare pareho sila. Minimum eh 80.00 within Malate area. Pag pumasok ka for that day.. may babayaran kang parang boundary.. tapos the rest kita mo na..
