Honey Holiday Sucks

For those who are planning to go for a vacation trip abroad, DO NOT join HONEY HOLIDAY package tour (Malaysia - Singapore 6D5N), $558 + tax n etc.. Total of $639. THIS IS THE WORST PACKAGE TOUR i'VE EVER JOINED IN TERMS OF HOTEL ACCOMODATION & TIME SCHEDULE.

1st Day
TOUR ITINERARY: Depart mla at 3:20PM , Arrive kuala lumpur 6:55PM,
ACTUAL ITINERARY: Depart mla at 3:20PM , may stop over pa pala sa kota kinabalu, arrive at kuala lumpur at 9:00pm, exit airport at 9:30pm, then 2 hours pa pala byahe going to our hotel so 11:30pm na kami reach hotel ,Hotel accomodation is great. room is very big, RIVIERA HOTEL in Malacca , 5 star cya pero kulang na sa maintenance yun hotel

2nd Day
after breakfast n city tour, byahe 4 hours going to singapore,mga 2:30pm na kami nakarating singapore, after city tour, check in kami sa FRAGRANCE HOTEL , I think this is not a hotel but rather a MOTEL (5 storey bldg only),cr is too small, lavatory, water closet n shower are very close to each other, no partition between water closet and shower, located in secluded part of singapore (you cant even find the street in Singapore Tourist Map), its located in a semi red light district of singapore

3rd Day
morning city tour, LATE afternoon around 3pm na sa SENTOSA, bitin oras, check in again in FRAGRANCE MOTEL

4th DAY
TOUR ITINERARY: after breakfast depart Hotel for GENTING HIGHLAND DAY TOUR,
ACTUAL ITINERARY: after breakfast, 6 hours pala trip fr. singapore to k.lumpur, so after some side trips, mga 5pm na kami nakarating GENTING HIGHLAND 9 pm alis na kami , as usual BITIN oras, 4 hours lang sa GENTING HIGHLAND , going to our hotel 2 hours trip , check in sa GRAND PACIFIC HOTEL , I think its NO STAR HOTEL , sa lobby pa lang niya is AMOY IPIS na , roon aircon is centralized on/off only (no temp. control), our bathtub is rusty , may amoy yun pillow, parang di pinalitan, other tourmate complain ... clog water closet, main door cannot be lock, low water pressure, blanket is dirty with lot of holes

5th day
breakfast the hotel , buffet style pero food are so so.... plain rice, pork n beans, sausgae, chicken curry, fishball , lugaw n bread lang, orange juice nila walang lasa, tubig lang na may color light orange, BADTRIP TALAGA

6th day
breakfast ulit at hotel , after that salamat uwi na kami

For Asian tourist spots, I rarely use packaged tours. I just book through the agency for hotels and airfare packages, but once there, I'd like to go around on my own. Yahoo Travel Guides help as well as the local transport website.

kme, we'll be taking a plane from KL to Singapore, haba masyado 4 hours hehe

yes , tagal nga byahe, palagi na lang sa bus, 4 hras lang kami sa genting sayang ang ganda pa naman yun place ,

yan nga daw ung problema pag package tour -- hindi mo kontrolado ung oras. me magtagal lang ng konti sa CR, delayed ung sked, you spend all day running to and from one destination to the next -- ala Amazing Race, but with no prize money

you should've tried PANDA tours for the asian trips. based on experience, ok siya and di sayang oras mo sa mga packaged tour around your destination.

Bro, nag-bus lang kayo, pabalik-balik ng Singapore at Malaysia? Wow! Langya.....Nakakapagod yan.

maraming fragrance hotel in singapore, yun sa amin is sa JOO CHIAT ROAD, yup pabalik balik KL-singapore with bus BADTRIP TALAGA

nun 2nd night nga namin sa grand pacific hotel , sa sobrang daming complain sa group namin sa hotel nila eh umiyak na yun manager ng hotel, siguro gusto sabihin ng manager eh... . "y dito pa kc kayo dinala ng travel agency nyo e bulok naman talaga hotel namin dito"

i have heard similar experiences with honey holidays. lousy hotel, passing by tourist destinations without actually going in, red eye flights...

considering $500+ sya...bad trip yan talaga...a good long term flight schedule sa tiger air can get you a $32 one way...sa $100 ang balikan na flight merun ka pang $400 to spend on a decent hotel for at least 4-5days in singapore (average ng $80 ang mga 3star/business type hotels dun)....it wasn't a good idea to mix Genting and Singapore din kasi masyadong malayo yan sa isa't-isa.

in fact, you're better off taking a holiday in kota kinabalu...the beaches are great and cheap din ang lodging and foods.

sobrang pinagkakitaan kayo ng travel agency na yan!!! i've been to singapore then pero mabuti na lang ata maayos yung booking namin. kapag asian tours lang din di rin lkami sumasama sa group or arranged tours, talo ka sa oras.
