what is your cars mileage? When did you last change your ATF? If you have not changed your ATF, try it 1st.

Actually kapapalit lang.. 43K na milage ko.. nuong 40K kapapalit... I had it looked sa CASA with their console. Walang nakita. Ang masama nuong dinala ko, nag smooth din ang shifting.. Ang feeling ko kapag nagwarm up na yung makina tsaka nag ok... I am planning to have the atf replace again.. Would you think its a nice idea?

is that a local Nissan Serena?

with Diesel A/T, particularly JDM(Subics) a bit worn out Injection Pump or a lower than normal engine power could cause a slide or late shift...

if you try to adjust your Pump governor to less power... a slide will occur...

a personal experience I had with an A/T, the vehicle never had any Air Filter change since it was brought from the auction... 2 years later, it shifts late or slides... after a 1st air filter change, the slide was gone...

but it doesn't mean your vehicle may have the same problem...

could be wrong atf type, wrong measuring of atf, starved atf, overfilled atf, dirty filter? or a worn out tranny...

if problem is still there... try loosening your kickdown cable a bit.(if your serena is the usual hydraulic A/T) though I woudn't recommend it, if you haven't tried those basic checking procedures including the Air Filter...
