automatic convert to manual

-a friend of mine is getting an lxi automatic from his brod and wants to convert it to manual. no ba parts na kelangan sa convertion. and any idea on how much it would cost. thanks

Pedal assembly, clutch cylinder, flywheel and manual trans, maybe different prop shaft if rear drive yan, different mounting points if necessary (kung pareho lang it won't matter di ba), shifter lever, boot, and linkages will be different, yung electronics niya from key ignition tumbler will also be different (instead of braking to remove from park, you have to step on clutch to remove from park - I know not all cars have this but you didn't indicate what car)...

Sell it, buy a manual. The conversion will cost you quite a bit.
