Grinding Noise when pressing clutch

just wondering whats causing it, it just started out lately lang when i thought my younger brother how to drive a manual car, i think medyo stressed yung clutch ng mga time na yun kasi nagaadjust pa sya and madalas na-iisstallan ng makina.. what are the possible worn out parts po kaya and estimated cost? haay.. gastos na naman.. civic es po pala yung ride.. thanks in advance po sa mga advises..

most probably it's the release bearing making that noise. replacing it also involves complete pulldown so dapat macheck na rin ang mga ibang components like disc, pressure plate, pilot bearing and the flywheel.
