Is your clutch system cable or hydraulic type?
You might want to have the following checked:
a. Hydraulic type:
1. Hydraulic fluid = is it still the same color a the one from a newly opened bottle? If not then there might be "passing" or leak on your seals which brings me to the next item.
2. Clutch master/slave cylinders = the rubber seals, valves, valve springs may be due for replacement. May mga repair kits naman.
3. Hydraulic fluid delivery system = check the hydraulic lines to your cylinder. there might be leaks.
b. Cable type:
1. Put some lubrication on the cable hose or you might have to replace this.

Have the clutch disk & pressure plate checked including the bearing (medyo mahal ito) if all of the above are ok.
