    gurus,

kaya pa ba ma restore to original or even close to original setting ang kambyo? yung medyo masikip. kasi medyo maluwag na stick ng ride ko. sobrang ramdam ko na kasi yung spacing, especially pag galing ng high gear pababa (e.g. 3rd to 2nd).

    thanks in advance!

normally you have to remove the center console and the shiftstick-boots.

around how much yung parts and labor for this?

    TIA

    ssaloon,

normally kasi kapag worn out na yung bushing, yung shift-stick eh meron play kahit naka-kambyo ka, para bang nasa neutral yung shift-stick, ganun.

As for the lalambot, di naman masyado, pero mas okay ang shifting (unless of course may diperensya tranny/clutch mo)

IIRC labor na binayaran ko noon is 250 lang, cost ng bushing is somewhere around 250 pesos kung orig (not sure about this) pero meron din replacement lang.

BTW the bushing is plastic ha.

    HTH

    sir artpogi,

    thanks for the reply.
i think i'll have this fixed. medyo mura lang din pala labor nito. i guess i'll have it fixed by rey or speedyfix. since i don't have a prob with my clutch.

    salamat po ulit!!!

    clavel,

what if bili ka na ng surplus na tranny and remove its synchro and replace the stock tranny?... then if it works i-balik mo yun old/worn synchro and sell it sa surplusan uli.
