    pls differentiate gear oil, transmission oil, and gear oil

    gear and tranny are normally the same thing. it's the differential oil that is different (different grade gl4 or 5, and different viscosity also sometimes). use the correct oil for your application since some trannys do not recommend the regular 75w90 gear oils, but rather motor oil yung nilalagay.

    gano po kadalas kelangan palitan ang transmission and differential oil? ano po signs kung hindi napapalitan yung transmission and differential oil ng auto? TIA!

    maintenance is between 20-40k kms. if you have grinding gears that's normally a sign na.
