    I'm currently encountering these problems:

    1. There's a very irritating noise (vibrating metal to metal sound...parang loose screw) after I release the clutch. Nawawala when I depress on it again, basta pasumpong sumpong. I also hear this when I engage the 1st to 2nd gear, pag pa-arangkada.

    2. At 3rd gear parang may wavy vibrations ang buong pick-up ko pang umaarangkada but when I reach 30kph, nawawala na.

All else is fine naman. Im still having that smooth shifting of gears and no problem naman sa hatak.

Question: Do you think I need to have my clutch overhauled na? I mean alam ko na may mga parts na na nagwe-wear out but do I wait until everything gets worn-out before I have my clutch opened? Biyahe kasi kami sa quezon on the 20th eh.

My Pick-up is a Mitsu L200 4x2. How much does it cost to replace the major parts including the labor?

Your help will be very very much appreciated! Thanks!

Clutch release bearing mounted by hammering it in. It is normal to have that sound if the mechanic does not know how to properly mount a bearing. This is normal and as long as the sound disappears when clutch pedal is depressed, that will last until you need clutch disc change.

4D56 engines have higher torque bend especially N/A units. Totope talaga ang makina pag every 10km/h per gear ang gamit mo, not enough power to transfer gears.

Release bearing nga iyan malamang. But since the transmission is down already, might as well change the pressure plate and clutch disc.
