need help; blinking check transmission XUV 2002 MODEL A/T

patulong po mga guru, may ride is crosswind xuv 2002 A/T, may problem is bigla di gumana speedometer at odometer ko then nag blink yung check transmission sa panel board,

Ano po kaya ang problema? Normal shifting pa din po ngaun yung sasakayan.
need your advise mga expert.

its happen pala after dumaan me sa baha pero mababaw lang po kinabukasan ng hapaon un na nangyari sa speedometer at odometer ko di na gumana.

with the ignition switch off, disconnect the speed sensor from the transmission, dry it up with "dust off" compressed gas used to clean your computer, then apply a light coat of vaseline to the terminals before reconnecting. the shifting is on default mode from a predetermined set of values and is not running at its optimum

Sir new bhie here san po banda yung speed censor un po ba yung sa right side dulo ng transmission? yung my 3 wires? can the electrician can fixed this problem? cenxa na po

it is a three wire sensor at the final drive of the transmission/transaxle.

Sir ayun po ba yung may kasama bolt na 12 ata ang sukat? plastic po yung nakita ko ngaun tama po ba? bale huhugutin then lilinisin ko lang?

dalawa kasi yung nakita ko yung sa kaliwa driver side meron din 3 wire bandang unahan, yung sa kanan meron din 3 wire bandang likod ng transmission.?

since the vehicle is already showing some ghost problems after immersion in the flood, it would be wise to inspect, dry and treat the two sensors since they are in close proximity with each other. it wouldn't hurt to do the might as well (MAW).

Thanks for the advice sir, I found the culprit its a speed gear driven speedometer which attach in speed censor inside the transmission... the gear are made of plastic which cause to be broken..

yes sir un yung nasa loob ng VSS na gear connected sa gear ng transmission, plastic lang yung gear kaya napupudpod sa katagalan samantala yung counterpart nun sa loob ng tranny ay bakal... the parts name is speed gear driven speedometer.
