    1st and 2nd Generation Eclipses are DSM. The 3rd Gens are not :mad:

    what I meant to ask is: is being a DSM good or bad?

    DSM is Diamond Star Motors. Mitsu, Eagle and Plymouth 89-94 Eclipse, Talon and lasers are DSM, discontinued na ang Talon at Laser sa new line up kaya hindi na DSM ang new Eclipse.;)

    DSM was a joint venture between Mitsu and Chrysler. Their main product was the Gen1 eclipse. Yung Gen2 ata designed in Japan but US units were built by DSM.

    By the way, those friggin smileys are cute! Annoying sometimes, but cute! :D

    4 or V6 cyls. non-turbo front wheel drive ang 3G Eclipse. 89-94 DSM were built at Normal Illinois Plant, not sure kung saan gawa ang 2G and 3G.
