Meron akong naencounter na sasakyan dati that we wanted to buy. Another buyer who saw it saw that the registration was at LTO Diliman and didnt like it.

Is there anything wrong with "Diliman Papers", especially for imported vehicles? I also found some vehicles in the online classified ads which specified that they had "Diliman Papers", is this supposed to be a good thing? Baka naman kasi the other buyer was just trying to get us off track kasi interested siya sa car na iyon.
