    so far ang pagka alam ko...plate number starting with letter "G" ay galing sa Cebu

    "F" sa Dumaguete yata

    "P" "T" "U" "W" "X" - sa Metro Manila
    "S" - for Gov't vehicles only
    "T" for taxi's , jeeps and Bus

    corect me if i'm wrong . hehe
    dagdag na lang kayo kun may alam pa kayo...

    A - Region 1
    B - Region 2
    C - Region 3
    D - Region 4
    and so on....

    middle letters, V,W,X,Y,Z for public utility vehicles, for hire vehicles.

    I wonder what they'll do if all the letters get consumed. I guess its time to issue new plates.

    it seems that LTO is not very strict in cases of personalized/special plates ... kasi nakakuha kami ng "F" as 1st letter pero nasa Region 1 ang registration namin

    with the present numbering scheme, there can be 17,576,000 possible plates ... ilan na kaya ang na-consume natin? ... and noting that "S" is reserved for govt vehicles, there are only 16,900,000 left for non-govt vehicles

    only?? ilan ba ang vehicles lahat sa pinas as of this moment?? or if meron taga LTO dyan ilan na ba ang sasakyan na naissuehan ng plate number ng LTO since nung simula??

    Saka naalala ko "N" ata for Baguio (or Cordillera Autonomous region)

    May tanong ako kasi napapansin ko lang:

    may number combination ba na starting with "0" na hindi custom?

    e.g. ABC-012 or XYZ-003 or TTT-099

    di pa ata ako nakakakita ng plate na "0" yung simula

    it always starts at "101" , ends 999, experience ko lang pag galing kang probinsya at ang plate mo begins with letter not issued in ncr medyo mainit ka sa mga kotong cops, alam kasi nila na ayaw mo na maabala kaya maglalagay ka nalang...

    i think baguio plate numbers start with letter A, letter N is for NCR, and those N plates were issued in the 80's. nasa letter X na ang NCR ngayon.

    Pag old dilapidated plates with "N" orig Manilenyo yan. Pag Luneta plates na "N" special plates, expect the owners that shelled out large amount of money just to get it.
