    Jeepneys need not to take those tests, it's very obvious that they are outdated (euro 1 engines?), killer design (dangerous to pedestrians), not a single safety feature (even seatbelts).

    Not to mention the traffic they are causing by picking and dropping off passengers, anytime and anywhere!
