How and what should be in mind when driving in Subic particularly in intersections without a traffic enforcer? and also aside from following speed limits and signs? I remember late 90's when our driver was apprehended for a violation which for just following a convoy. TIA.

In my experience, as long as you follow basic driving rules, Subic enforcers won't be hard on you.

Kung may stop sign, make a full stop. First to stop, first to go.

Sundan mo yung arrows sa lane. Kung pa right, you must turn right.

Tsaka sa intersection halimbawa wag kang susunod sa vehicle in front of you kahit walang ibang kotse na tatawid.

Mababait naman ang mga subic enforcers as long as hindi drastic yung 'violation' mo. Kapag mga PUV drivers dito sa metro dalin mo dun, nakow araw-araw may violation yan. :rofl01:

And try to practice the discipline you learn from driving in subic even when you're not in the freeport anymore. Those are basic road rules. When I drove in the U.S. it's the same rules kaya pasalamat din ako sa Subic and Clark

na-apprehend na rin ako one time sa gabi paguwi galing sa harbour point. mabait naman yung traffic enforcer. tinanong kung 1st time ko sa subic, sagot ko yes then sinabi lang yung rule na 1st to stop, 1st to go. wala naman fine ;)

Ibig ba sabihin if your in a convoy pauunahin mo muna yung leader and wait every intersection? Para kasing bawal ang convoy eh. Please enlight further on this instance. TIA

parang sa clark,, sa mga intersections na walang stop light or enforcer,, pag umabante ang nasa harapan mo wag kang sasama,, you have to wait 5 seconds bago ka umabante

First stop first go kasi sa mga intersection na walang traffic light.

Just follow the signs and there should be no problem.

yup, i keep three things in mind when i am driving in there.

    a. kung may stop sign, first to stop would be the first to go.
    b. observe speed limit
    c. observe turning lanes.

Also make sure that your passenger who sits in the front wears their seatbelt

STOP nga e so full stop, bawal ang convoy*. Pag tapat ng car mo sa limit line (yan yung white line across the road before the intersection) stop ka dapat, full stop hindi rolling stop. Look for any vehicle that arrived at the intersection before you and let them cross first (first to stop first to go). Pag sabay kayo then "play right" applies, meaning the vehicle on the right goes first. Pag nasa opposite lane naman ang kasabay then the vehicle turning right goes first (so the use of signal light to communicate your intention is imperative!), then the vehicle going straight, then the vehicle turning left or making a U turn.

IT IS THE SAME, ATTITUDE LANG NG TAO ANG NAIBA.
