Changing license plates, pwede ba?

Pwede ba palitan ang license plate ng isang car? For example, I buy a 2nd hand car that I like pero ang last number ng license plate nya same as my other car. Papalitan ko sana para ibang coding day nya. Pwede kaya? Has anybody done this before?

Alam ko kasi if you declare it lost, they will just replace it with the same numbers eh.

yup, ganun nga... unless from yellowplate to private plate or diplomatic plate to private plate, yung alpha-numeric issued forever na yan so to speak sa car. unless ikaw presidente ng pilipinas siguro?!?hehe kasi bumili siya ng secondhand na porsche, baka sabay ng coding dun sa lc200 niya hehehe

nagawa ko na po before(2002) ewan ko lang po kung pwede pa ngayon. from AUF333 to VRP***. 3 months bago narelease yung new plate, sinurender yung luma. spend almost 60k for the dropping and requesting of a new one
