Got the requirements from the link you provided:
Documents Required For Private Motor Vehicles
1. Original Certificate of Registration (CR) and latest original Official Receipt (OR) of payment
2. Actual inspection of MV with duly accomplished MVIR [Download this form here]
3. Clearance from LETAS
4. Taxpayer's Identification Number (TIN)

Pero di ko makita yung fee for duplicate plate request.

I could still use an advise from anyone na nakatry na? gano katagal ? etc etc. process? will it take the whole day? new plate design na ba?

sa pagkakaalam ko pag nag change plate ka from for hire to private, nagkakaroon ng H yung plate.

OT: magkano per piece or is the price for the pair?

PM mo na lang si baiskee. Hard paper siya pero mukhang totoo sa malayo. Pati yung background na rizal kuhang kuha. Nung nilagay ko sa loob ng Deflector na plate case, mukhang real thing na. Pero pinalagyan ko pa din ng "TEMPORARY PLATE WITH AUTHORIZED PERMIT" sa ilalim ng alphanumerics imbis na "PILIPINAS".
