    as far as SLEX is considered, no toll beginning midnight, 24th, to 6 am on the 25th. nlex, i;m not too sure.

    though last year i passed through the NLEX tollway at around 3 a.m. and i was surprised to see that there was a teller!!! the new year before that there was no toll.

    it's gonna be free but pero sa mga "patay" na oras...hehehehe, which most of us will not benefit bec we're all gonna be in our home enjoying the noche buena...
