    Hi, im from baguio and going down to manila tomorrow. Is the number coding scheme suspended tomorrow?

    and also, is there number coding in edsa? if yes, what's the window time?

    May pasok na bukas so in effect ulit sya.

    Window time is from 10am to 3pm.

    question: if color coding ang gagamitin ko bukas on my way to school, la salle taft, coming from coastal road (bacoor) huhulihin ba ko?

    ang route ko is coastal road then diosdado macapagal ave then PICC then vito cruz then parking LOL.

    so??? need help!

    hindi ka huhulihin basta before 7am at after 7pm...
    not sure lang kung may 10am-3pm window sa area..

    dami nakaabang jan bro. doon palang sa GMA-buendia ext. intersection, dami ng nakatambay na mga mobile.

    pero may window naman jan sa area nayan IIRC.

    ok, anung "window"???

    so whats the best time to drive the color coded car?

    actually yung main concern ko nga is yung "cops" na nakatambay sa corner ng macapal at world trade.. kasi lagi may MMDA dun at pasay police..

    pero dba sa makati lang nman tlga may coding? hmmm..

    huhulihin ka kung nasa road ka pa ng 7am-10am and 3pm-7pm. yung "window" eto yung time na pwede ka lumabas 10am-3pm. fyi, makati walang "window" sa makati...so, di ka pwede sa makati from 7am to 7pm.

    Di ko lang sure kung may window sa Paranaque, pero kahit coding ako, iniignore ko lang. Dami kong nadadaanang pulis from our place in Paranaque to our office here in Alabang. Never pa akong nahuli (well once, sa may Merville nung napadaan ako). Siyete talaga, pinagtripan lang ako nung pulis. Sabay tawa.
