Question lang. Lost my front plate number this Black Saturday madaling araw. Kelangan ko po ba mag file ng lost/replacement plate or report etc.

file a notarized affidavit of loss ASAP. fill up the requisite plate replacement form. pay. wait. wait. wait...
back when plates were easy to come by, someone had to wait several months for the replacement plate. today, i don't know how long the wait will be.
but you have to report it. if anyone does some foul play with your lost plate, you will be a person of interest.
