Non issuance of O.R. sa Parking Fee

Is this legal sa mga parking area. Here in our office they just give a piece of paper that indicate rules and regulation and the amount paid... Diba dapat may official receipt and TIN number ng Company yun or yung piece of paper na yun ang OR namin?

yes... if they are charging parking fees dapat they should issue ORs with the necessary information. otherwise, they are not declaring their income from that source.
