Need help Driveway/Double Parking?

Guys need your help hindi ako makalabas dahil may nakaharang na motor at sa kanya din ung Van, matapang kasi Judiciary ang plate pero ndi naman sa kanila.
Legal ba ito? Nag babayad ako MTPB 2k+/year para sa space ko sa loob tapos ganito.



1. Nagpunta na ako brgy. sinabihan nadin siya pero hindi sumusunod sa chairman? Ano bang susunod na pruseso dito pag pati chairman ayaw sundin?
2. Pinakiusapan ko na in a nice way pero sige padin ang inconvenience niya

Please any idea na makakatulong.

PS Perpendicular ang labas ko kaya importante yung space na yan kasi may tatamaan akong poste sa harap kung kaya naman lumabas ndi ako mag rereklamo ng ganito. T_T hindi talaga kasya kasi may kotse pa sa kabila

Hindi nia bahay yung nasa tapat, nasa kabila sia sa harapan nian. Yung trike samin yan kaya walang prublema.

bakit parang wala yung " DRIVEWAY NO PARKING" sa 2 photos? medyo mahirap nga yan dahil legit parking space nga yung harapan mo basr from the drawn lines. sino ba ang naglagay ng parking lines? pag barangay lang dapat kausapin mo si chairman para ma-adjust konti tapos sabihin mo ikaw na ang gagastos sa labor at paints.

Driveway of a fire station lang doc from what I recall ang may x meters. Tapos fire hydrant and corners. Sa private driveway walang specific distance except in front ang bawal

Ang problema talaga Yun lugar alangin na two lanes na nga Yun daanan ginawan pa ng parking yun isang side.

it would appear your garage/driveway is narrow for your vehicle, making it difficult for yourself...
baka kayo sagutin ng, "sinundan lang namin ang garahe ninyo."

i see many driveways, opening up into narrow roads. the owners made the driveway corners curve outward, to compensate for the narrow road.
yes, the house owner made some sacrifices, as the curves ate up some of the house and yard, but it did make ingress and egress easier. and the rest of the neighborhood parkers have no choice but to follow the curves.

Eskinita na dead end pamilya ko lng nakatira so walang dumadaang tao besides my relatives.

well, you can do it only on your property.
homeowners whose driveways open onto a narrow street, carve out from the 90 degree angle corner, a trumpet-like opening, to make it easier for their car to come in and out of their driveway.
motorists will not park along that curve dahil "halatang mali". "no parking on driveway."

unfortunately, you can not do this, as your corner is a public road.
what your barangay can do, is to pull back a little on that yellow line, so that you can have an easier time.
i think it is a reasonable request.

Maraming galit dito sa current admin ng HOA ng Subd.. Pinatanggal kasi ng President yung pagpa-park sa kalsada sa main street.. Yung mga hindi sumunod, pinapa-clamping sa Barangay kaya magbabayad din ng fine..
Kapag may bisita din, bawal pa din mag-park sa kalsada sa main street kaya hahanap pa sa ibang street na walang maiistorbo..
Yung mga walang parking, naghanap sila alternative.. Yung iba nag-rent ng ibang lote para lang may paglagyan ng mga sasakyan nila..

if i may,
parking along a wide-enough private street, is fraught with likes and dislikes.
it's a give-and-take, and sometimes, they all want to take and nobody wants to give.
