Lost my Driver's License

Mga gurus ano po ba ang process ng pagkuha ng replacement ng non-pro license? I lose my license kasi along with my wallet, money, other valid IDs and bank ATMs. Namisplace ko din yung OR ko.

Ano po ba ang process, requirements at magkano damage?

same thing happened to me. fortunately, its very easy to get a replacement ID.

- get an affidavit of loss (i spent 200, i think it should have been cheaper but what am I gonna do?)

- fill up the form for replacement/duplicate

- wait for them to call you for your picture. get picture taken.

- wait for them to call you for payment. paid 400+.

-wait for releasing of card.

- get card. get it photocopied immediately together with receipt. (I did not do this yet)

- realize your license is expiring in around half a year.

- drive your car in confidence and get caught for speeding/beating the red light.

it shouldn't be a problem. basta fill up the form and give affidavit of loss. bring photocopy of birth certificate and extra ID just to be sure. you know how inconsistent government offices are.
