PNP Patrol cars in NLEX

Why are there so many PNP patrol cars along NLEX? Usually they can be seen parked near toll gates. All the patrols cars are brand new Vioses.

What I've been seeing recently are brand new Altises. Not just NLEX, but also all across region 3 (Subic, Pampanga, Bataan).

Saw that to and from pampanga yesterday. Marami nga na puro bago. So that's what RHPU means.

Feb 22 po ata but police and emergency services are already in place na po. Sa oxford hotel po naka check in ang emergency medical services.
