URGENT: Parking Space in Makati

I am currently looking for a parking space near my office here in dela Costa or Buendia, any referrals?

madami ka pwede paradahan along dela costa. the only problem is the distance to your office.

you can try yung parking malapit sa ateneo. less than a hundred for a whole day. meron din near kfc in leviste. hourly rate nga lang.

i park at the delarosa 2 carpark. wholeday costs around 125-130 php (9 hours).

pag coding, ako, mga Php 150.00.

if you would sum it up (130*16 working days + 150*4)=P 2,680.00 it is almost the same as getting a non-reserved parking for a month.

along delarosa or buendia, i really am not aware of any parking buildings there. probably you can try the open parking space besides Ateneo. ganun din ang rate nun, except yung car mo eh exposed sa elements.

grabe ubos sweldo pala pag nagdala ka ng car to work sa makati. kaya pala naghanap ng ibang trabaho na di sa makati yung kaibigan ko. yung isa naman ayaw mag dala ng oto. MRT na lang daw sya.

ako dito sa GB1.. Php45.00 first 5 hours.. lakad lakad ako pag breaktime at 2pm to 3pm.. labas tapos pasok ulit.. so Php90.00 for 10 hours. Pag more than that.. labas na sa parking tapos park na lang dito sa perea.. free na after 5pm kaya lang ang daming nag pa park pag maaga pa.. pero pag mga 8pm onwards madami nang slots.

Dito sa building.. 3T a month.. kaya lang puno.. pero pag may nag free na slots baka kumuha na ako.. hassle yung lakad parati sa GB1 eh.

Gawin mo...5th / 6th floor ka..then reserved parking. Yun lng nga per quarter ang bayaran. Comes out Cheaper. Around P100/working day. Ganun ginawa ko. . Paying earlier too para may discount.

Php40.00 lang pala dito sa GB1 for 5 hours.. so kung 10 hours eh Php80.00 lang, lalabas ka nga lang on the 5th hour.

Php40.00 first 5 hours
+Php15.00 6th hour
+Php35.00 for every hour after 6th

GT Tower. P125: 6AM - 11pm. Kung feel mo hindi ka makakaalis before 11pm, pwede mo na ilabas auto mo at mag park ka sa street ng dela costa starting 9pm.

How about covered parking are near Buendia-Pasong Tamo intersection?

Meron sa tabi ng Burgundy tower kaso hindi siya covered parking and hourly ang rate. Hope there's a fixed rate covered parking in the area or kahit hourly basta below 100php for about 9 hours.

I saw in Foursquare that SM Hypermarket has covered parking pero is it open as early as 730 or 8AM? It's a bit far pero it's free daw.
