    Motorists using the North Luzon and South Luzon expressways will have a toll holiday on Christmas eve, radio DZMM reported Thursday.


    The Philippine National Construction Corporation said no toll will be charged on both highways from Dec. 24 at 10 p.m. to Dec. 25 at 6 a.m.
