How to Remove/Change Restriction Code in Driver's License??

Hello there.... i would like to ask kung paano i Remove and Restriction code sa Drivers License?

here's my case:

i got my non prof License in Philippines with the restriction 12 and just got it renewed last April.
and now, im here in japan and wanted to get change my license into of the japan..
but when i passed my requirements, di daw pwede dahil 12.. dapat 2 lang if i want to change my license that allows you to drive a car...
kasi iba daw dito sa japan, dapat kung motor, motor lang.. kung car, car lang dapat ang license mo before mo ipaChange...

question:
pwede ko ba ipa alis ang restriction 1 (motorcycle)? as in erase pati sa data ng LTO?? LEGALLY

punta ka lang LTO and mention na mag change ka ng restriction.

Yup, they can do that for you. But I think LTO will issue a new license ID card. Meaning you have to pose in front of that camera again.

Ah talaga.... Ibig sabihin isa lang dapat pwede mo idrive dyan sa Japan? Or you will have to separate license for car and for motorcycle?

Anyway, just go to any LTO Licensing Office and state mo dun sa form na mag change restriction ka. They will issue you a new license card.
