Hope your expertise can help me with few questions I have.
I’m located here in CEBU and there are a lot of Japanese and Korean importers. I’m planning to buy a surplus unit either from Japan or Korea.

1st question:
What papers should I look for and should be included upon purchase of the unit (ex. OR, CR, police clearance… what else?)

2nd question:
What details do I need to check to make sure that I will not have a headache (regarding legal papers)?

3rd question:
Where can I go to show the papers to make sure they are clean before buying the unit?
