I read that the Number-Coding Scheme will be implemented sa mga "private vehicles only" starting next week.

Ano ba ito? How does it work?

Reason I'm asking is because of this

As usual, they are trying to sort out the traffic by waving out the PUVs and test the color coding on private vehicles.

Hahaha! This got me laughing for awhile there:

3 weeks are up. Unless may ma-isip na plan to reduce trafic.

Tama na kasi yung na-isip kong traffic scheme noon by car and engine brands ang banned day, ayaw akong pakinggan ni BF.

Of course, he has his share of not-so-good moments (bawal daw ma-flat-an ng gulong sa EDSA?), which shows he's still human.

    Sana hindi siya magsawa...

I think he just meant do not change your tire in the middle of the street.

Hehehe.
