    Kailangan inote nila na sa iyo na dapat ipadala yung plate.

    Most likely you will need to furnish documents proving you now own said vehicle.

    This assumes na hindi pa na rrelease yung plate at all. If nasa first owner na pala yung plate, medyo mahirap na yan.
